It has come to our attention that our payments processor has elected to defame us, bring our name and brand into ill repute with the Payments Processor of South Africa and by doing so, denying us the opportunity to collect outstanding moneys from clients who have elected to pay by means of debit order.
We unfortunately have to resort to EFT and Card Payments ONLY at this stage, until all litigation is complete and judgement passed by a court with jurisdiction.
We sincerely apologise to all clients that are affected by this sudden change shortly after we initiated the service. We had to deal with a one person operation that was later established. By PASA standards onboarding is not allowed to take more than 7 to 10 working day, yet we waited 2 months for this person to complete the onboarding. Once confirmation was received, human error and testing mechanisms were categorically chalked up as fraudulent transactions, against all rights as afforded to all citizens of the Republic, not to be discriminated against on any basis and that anyone has the right to remain innocent until proven guilty in a Court with jurisdiction.
Since our CEO was attacked verbally and in his personal capacity, measures had to be instituted to protect his rights as a member of the board under VM Pro's Memorandum of Incorperation, and a civil suit has been lodged for defamation after telephone recordings were professionally transcribed and presented to our legal team.
Furthermote, VM Pro Technologies' name has now been tarnished to the extend of not being able to establish services elsewhere, based on the assumption made by the provider who did not grant any time for investigation.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused a lot of clients, but we shall work day and night to have this issue resolved to your satisfaction and to avoid overly emotional individuals that act in an extremely unprofessional manner toward their clients and summarily suspending and cancelling services without granting us an opportunity to make representation in this regard, to offer you the ease of account settlement through other methods that will also be automated.
Should you as a member or client want to follow the developments of this case, please email legal@vmpro.co.za and request to be kept abreast of court judgements and other relevant responses. The corporate advisor has listed this experience on HelloPeter to warn other unsuspecting businesses of this terrible status quo of the service provider.
We are working around the clock to integrate payments via all channels through an agent that provides the option of electronic mandates, as the SP in question does not understand encryption methods and the legally binding state if electronically signed debit order mandates,
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this unfortunate situation.
